Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Building and developing a great team:
Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
Ensuring seamless support:
Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
Maintaining excellence:
Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
Schedule
Days, Salaried, Oncall responsibilities to support the department/agency. Position will work in Fremont.

Essential Foundations:
An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. 3 years of similar work experience can be substituted for education.
Required Certifications:
Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.
