Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM until route(s) completion.

Pay Range

$20.22 – $32.30 per hour (or monthly for salaried roles). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations; the starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
Qualifications

1–3 years of commercial truck driving experience strongly preferred.
Valid CDL – Class A or B.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to acquire one.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus.
Good communication, customer service skills, and general digital literacy.
Responsibilities

Deliver materials to customers, including assistance with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.
Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
