gpac, Springfield, IL, United States
Overview
Springfield, IL | Onsite | Confidential Search
$110,000-$145,000
A community bank in the Springfield market is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to manage an existing commercial portfolio. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys relationship banking, portfolio management, and working closely with business clients. The portfolio includes a mix of commercial real estate, rental/investor real estate, industrial, and small business relationships. This is not a pure production seat. The priority is around managing the existing book well, taking care of the relationships, and bringing strong follow-through, communication, and sound credit judgment to the role. This could make sense for a lender who enjoys stepping into an established portfolio, being the point person for clients, and helping protect and strengthen the book over time.

Serve as the point person for clients, protecting and strengthening the portfolio over time.

Compensation
Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $145,000 based on experience, plus bonus.
