Our client, a $2.5B RIA, is seeking a Client Experience Representative for their firm
Client paperwork
Client scheduling for advisors
Preparing for monthly seminars
Operational and Client Service support
Keep CRM updated for meeting notes and client updates
Liason for service-related client issues
SmartOffice, SharePoint and MS Office preferred; relevant CRM experience is req'd
Experience in the Investment Management field required; Banking / Insurance fields acceptable with IM knowledge.
Compensation is $70-$90k + (up to 10%) bonus.
There are an average of 2-3 evening seminars per month which require attendance, and those have an additional pay of $125 per seminar.
