About The Job
As a Business Development Manager in the Southampton market, you are the engine behind our growth. This hunter‑led, field‑based sales role focuses on building new relationships, developing strategic accounts, and driving revenue across your territory.

You will create opportunities from scratch, expand new accounts, and deepen partnerships with key referral sources including property managers, insurance professionals, and facility leaders. You will also partner closely with operations to ensure a seamless experience from first contact through project completion.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute a territory growth plan targeting high‑potential accounts

Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and in‑person meetings

Organize and attend industry events and trade shows, converting activity into revenue

Run effective discovery meetings to understand client needs, timelines, and decision processes

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners

Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client experience and project handoff

Support client communications when needed to strengthen trust and retention

Track activity and pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)

Comply with all safety, driving, and jobsite requirements

Requirements
What You’ll Bring – Required

3+ years in field sales or account management with a strong hunting focus

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills

Confident presenter comfortable in front of decision‑makers

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the Boston territory

Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM

Preferred

Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem

Established local network within the Boston commercial property or insurance community

Experience converting event activity and networking into measurable revenue growth
