Shift: 5x8 Days (8:00am–5:00pm) + On-Call Rotation
Pay: $2,360/week
Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Health & Hospice RN for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in homes, nursing facilities, and community settings within a 60-mile radius of Dickinson. Candidates must have prior Home Health and Hospice experience. Mileage is not paid separately and is factored into the bill rate. On-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Key Responsibilities

Perform initial assessments and develop individualized plans of care

Conduct ongoing reassessments and revise care plans as needed

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Coordinate care as Case Manager when assigned

Provide patient and family education

Communicate with physicians regarding patient condition and orders

Arrange necessary equipment and services

Supervise and evaluate home health aide services

Complete documentation in HomeCare HomeBase EMR

Qualifications

Active RN license required

Home Health & Hospice experience required

BLS certification required

Current Driver’s License required

Proof of Auto Insurance required

Must meet 50-mile radius rule

Cannot be employed with CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity facilities within the past year
