Overview
We calm the confusion of IT by guiding the connection between people and technology. If a customer is looking for a better way to manage their warehouse inventory, equip their workforce, or secure their data, we make it happen. All it takes is finding the right combination of tech hardware, software, cloud solutions, and support services. That’s what we do.

Working under the general supervision of the Configuration Supervisor or Lead Material Handler, the Technical Material Handler efficiently and accurately locates all inbound products coming through the Configuration lab. The Technical Material Handler moves all product in the Configuration lab, transfers stock, audits stock and assists Technicians on setup or tear‑down of workbenches. Communicates with Inventory Control to resolve inventory issues. Where applicable, this position assures departmental processes are performed in compliance with applicable Sarbanes‑Oxley controls.

Attendance: Employees are required to be present at the approved work location in order to perform the functions of this position.

Responsibilities

Meets deadlines for material handling while storing inbound products in the valid tech storage location in the lab or tech bench or work cell locations.

Records the correct quantity being put away for inventory purposes.

Moves stock from one specified location to another within the lab or to a work cell.

Works with inventory control for audits on unit discrepancies.

Assists Technicians with setup or teardown of workbench areas: boxing or unboxing product.

Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Degree requirements: High School or equivalency.

Minimum years of work experience to qualify for role: Less than 1.

Total years of work experience to be fully proficient: 3.

Required Competencies

Basic computer knowledge with ability to operate keyboard for data entry.

Proficient with standard computer applications.

Attention to detail in processing, keying, and handling inbound product.

Basic math aptitude.

Able to follow written and verbal directions.

Effective in communicating with co‑workers.

Demonstrates initiative and self‑motivation to take on additional tasks.

Good safety performance.

Additional Preferred Competencies or Preferred Qualifications

Radio frequency and scanning equipment.
