U.S. Lumber , an SBP brand is currently hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor in our Indianapolis, IN branch.

Role Overview

Position:

Warehouse Supervisor

Location:

Indianapolis, IN (On-site)

Company:

U.S. Lumber (an SBP brand)

Purpose:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Workflow:

Distribute pick files, monitor associate productivity, manage order flow, and ensure timely, accurate order completion.

Loading & Shipping:

Print truck orders, supervise loading, and conduct final accuracy checks on products and paperwork.

Receiving & Inventory:

Oversee freight unloading, inventory receiving, documentation, labeling, cycle counts, and RMAs (returns).

Supervision & Support:

Assist warehouse associates as needed and resolve tickets in the Agility system.

Safety & Maintenance:

Enforce safety policies, address violations, report accidents, and oversee forklift inspections and maintenance.

Housekeeping & Quality:

Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and handle damaged materials appropriately.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

4 years of related experience; forklift skills with certification.

Education:

High school diploma; basic math and analytical skills.

Personal Attributes:

Process-oriented, detail-focused, adaptable, able to multitask, and effective working independently or with a team.

Other:

Must be 18+, flexible with scheduling, and able to meet physical job demands.
