
Production Technician 1

Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keeping production assigned overall efficient.
Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
Planning or contributing to unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned.
Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front‑end processes assigned, according to specified procedures, e.g., preparation of wafers, components or semi‑products and monitoring related hand‑stock.
Processing components or semi‑products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
Performing basic machine‑related setup and/or CNC / SPS programming, if required.
Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
Controlling a wider operations workflow in a related control station, which may include parametrization or specialized programming.
Starting, monitoring and checking the processes assigned, and continuously observing the efficiency of process and quality of products.
Instructing colleagues in the dedicated workflow to take action if appropriate.
Qualifications
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
The position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” according to U.S. federal law.
