Government Accountant: GAAP, Audits & Compliance

Spherion is looking for a Government Accountant in Savannah, GA to manage day-to-day accounting functions for government clients. Responsibilities include recording financial transactions, processing invoices, and preparing bank reconciliations. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidates will hold CPA or CPFO certifications.
