Position Summary
Mayfair Care Center is seeking a reliable and organized Central Supply Coordinator to manage the facility’s medical and general supply inventory. This role is essential in ensuring all departments are adequately stocked and operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary:
$18–$19 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process deliveries, verifying packing slips against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
Manage inventory control, including receiving, storing, and distributing supplies throughout the facility
Maintain an organized Central Supply area, including monitoring expiration dates and rotating stock
Ensure timely delivery of supplies to nursing units and other departments
Restock unit supply rooms and storage areas based on established par levels
Track and fulfill supply requisitions to prevent shortages or overstocking
Coordinate pick-up and delivery of broken or repaired equipment
Assist with inventory audits and usage tracking
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with inventory control and supply chain processes
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs; role involves extended periods of physical activity
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Previous experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting
Familiarity with procurement or inventory management software
