Intern – Real Estate Planning
The intern will work directly with the Real Estate Planning team to maintain and update master drawings for all OhioHealth locations (200+). Responsibilities include tracking changes, completing updates, and maintaining the master drawing dashboard. The intern will also collaborate with Real Estate Operations, Leasing, and Property Management leadership on initiatives supporting the overall vision of OhioHealth.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist management and staff with completion of various projects and long‑term assignments.

Gather pertinent information from internal and external sources to support projects.

Compile gathered information into presentation format.

Provide additional assistance and complete assignments specific to the department as directed.

Assist in development and implementation of communication plans, including writing support.

Support internal events as needed.

Develop and update the OhioHealth intranet.

Manage design projects through the project management system.

Participate in team meetings and workshops.

Collaborate across teams and departments on various projects.

Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Current college‑level student pursuing a degree in business, organization, management, marketing, communications, public relations, or related fields.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or desktop publishing programs.

Previous work experience is an asset.

Graduate or postgraduate students will not be considered.

Additional Information
Pay: $16.12 per hour. Work shift: Day. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Department: Property Management Admin.
