About the Opportunity
We are a premier outpatient private psychiatry practice with locations in the Bradenton, Florida area seeking an entrepreneurial, dedicated, and compassionate Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position within a supportive and well-established practice focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Practice Highlights
Outpatient-only, adult patient population (no pediatric or adolescent care)
60-minute initial evaluations and 20 to 30-minute follow-up visits
Strict no double-booking policy to support quality care and provider workflow
Access to advanced treatment modalities including rTMS and Spravato
Strong administrative and clinical support team
Established patient base consisting primarily of working adults
Participation with major commercial insurance plans, Medicare, and Tricare
User-friendly EMR and e-prescribing system

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Utilize advanced treatment options such as TMS and Spravato as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support patient care and flow

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
Comfortable with EMR systems and technology
