Overview
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Spring Green, WI, for a Dance Teacher. The Dance Teacher will plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality dance instruction to individuals and groups, focusing on providing fun and engaging dance experiences. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, mentoring participants, collaborating with other instructors, and promoting a positive learning environment. The role may also involve working with students on choreography and ensuring that all classes align with the mission of fostering creativity and inclusivity.
Qualifications
Experience in Dance Instruction and Dance Education
Available for Sept 2026- April/May 2027 school year
Must have one-two nights of consistent availability (Sunday preffered, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday)
Expertise in Teaching and Dance-specific techniques
Ability to incorporate Music into dance education to enrich participants\' experiences
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creative mindset and adaptability to develop and deliver inclusive and tailored dance programs
Previous experience working in community-focused or dance/educational settings is a plus
