
Customer Insights & Success Intern

Job Overview
As a Customer Insights & Success Intern, you’ll support Parts Town’s Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of the Customer (VoC) initiatives. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to how organizations gather customer feedback, identify experience improvement opportunities, and translate insights into action.
You’ll work across the full lifecycle of customer insights initiatives from project intake and survey design to feedback analysis and stakeholder presentations. During the internship, you may even have the opportunity to own a small Voice of the Customer project from start to finish.
This role is ideal for students interested in marketing, customer experience, research, analytics, and behavioral insights.
A Typical Day
Participate in Voice of the Customer request intake discussions with internal stakeholders
Assist with survey creation, setup, and monitoring
Review and organize customer feedback and open‑ended comments
Identify themes, trends, and opportunities within customer input
Support development of insight summaries, reports, and presentations
Assist with customer journey mapping or CX improvement initiatives
Conduct basic research or benchmarking on CX best practices
Attend cross‑functional meetings to learn how insights are applied across teams
To Land This Opportunity
You’re pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Market Research, Data Analytics, or Communications
You have a strong interest in customer behavior, customer experience, or consumer insights
You’re comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
You’re detail‑oriented and enjoy synthesizing information into clear takeaways
You have strong written communication skills
You’re curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment
You collaborate well with others and are comfortable asking questions
