A local company is seeking a dependable and motivated Crew Member to assist with window and exterior cleaning services. This position works as part of a team to deliver high-quality results on job sites. Crew members work outdoors, complete assigned tasks, and help ensure each job is completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist with window cleaning and exterior services including pressure washing, house washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, fence cleaning, deck cleaning, solar panel cleaning, rust removal, gutter cleaning, Christmas lighting installation, landscape lighting, screen repairs, and more
- Follow daily job assignments as directed by the supervisor or crew leader
- Complete tasks efficiently and maintain quality standards
- Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly
- Use and handle ladders, lifts, and tools safely
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Previous outdoor labor or general labor experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/lifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
- Weekly pay
