Responsibilities
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface.

Perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations. Promote continued sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations (preferred)

Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services (preferred)

Ability to complete all basic and recurring training

Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment

Ability to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on mandatory testing and training

Ability to operate in a PC Windows environment

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Good analytical and problem‑solving skills

Demonstrated ability to handle stress and work in a highly pressured, monitored and changing environment

If residing in Quebec, bilingual in French and English

Valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or 1[AZ]) with no more than two violations/accidents in the last 24 months (if driving required)

Shift and Compensation
Shift: Monday – Thursday, Saturday 15:30–19:30.

Position: PPT Customer Rep–Station.
