This is an Administrative/Marketing role.
As a Telemarketer for Kristen Eaton – State Farm Agent, you will promote State Farm insurance products and services, expand the value generated by producers, and strategically position our agency. Your creative marketing, social media, and community outreach will enhance our brand’s public image and cultivate existing customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options.
Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
Manage social media content.
Set appointments and perform clerical duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Basic understanding of insurance products or willingness to learn.
Excellent organizational skills.
Professional and courteous telephone manner.
Focus on achieving targets and contributing to agency growth.
Willingness to obtain insurance licensing.
