Internal Meetings and Events Producer

Job Responsibility

In this role, you will produce pivotal internal meetings across Apple Retail, including Monthly Team Meetings, Global Quarterly Communications Meetings (in‑person and virtual), and the annual Global Retail Conference.
Lead all aspects of internal event production: scope, create and manage timelines, source venues, manage rehearsal schedules, develop detailed run‑of‑shows, and conduct vendor research and contract negotiation.
Work cross‑functionally with key partners and stakeholders, including Corporate Events, PR, Creative, Ops and Production.
Manage attendee and guest speaker experiences and operations on rehearsal days and event days.
Manage updates and communications to senior leaders throughout all project phases.
Manage on‑site and off‑site contractors required to execute events to the standards expected.
Create, monitor, and reconcile budgets—both those owned by REMM and those owned by partners—to ensure events unfold within agreed budgets and scopes.
Manage post‑event debriefs with all stakeholders to capture learning, modernize workflows, and maintain high standards.
Develop bespoke processes and workflows as needed to deliver on the brief and scope of work.
Cultivate innovative thinking by staying updated on industry insights, experimenting with emerging technology, and remaining curious.
Job Requirements

10+ years of global production experience within the entertainment industry, in‑house at a globally recognized brand or at an events agency.
Experience with a variety of event types— in‑person, virtual, and hybrid— with a recent focus on internal meetings and events.
Expertise in articulating strategic and creative intent, driving development of the work, and partnering with teams to bring ideas to life.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people from different disciplines and functional expertise.
Demonstrated understanding of experience design, creative development process, and creative production.
Creative problem‑solving ability with experience working across complex matrixed organizations.
Consistent desire to innovate and proactively bring new ideas to the table—both strategically and in execution.
Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
Experience managing multiple activations simultaneously, each with distinct stakeholders.
Experience managing all logistical aspects of large events.
