What You Will Be Doing

Facilitating engaging virtual workshops that develop life skills such as teamwork, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative expression

Guiding students through immersion tracks using project‑based, experiential learning approaches

Building a welcoming, dynamic virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop

Leveraging learning data and feedback to customize support and motivation for each individual student

Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and cultures to provide a flexible, compelling learning experience

What You Won’t Be Doing

Instructing core academic subjects (our AI tutors manage those)

Adhering to a fixed schedule or prescribed teaching framework

Conducting lecture‑based, one‑directional learning sessions

Basic Requirements

Valid US teaching certificate from any state

Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video

Ready to begin by the end of July

Working with us
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
