A well-established,privately owned outpatient pain management practice in Pensacola, FL is seekinga Non-Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its multidisciplinaryteam. This position is ideal for a physician trained in PM&R, Neurology, orAnesthesiology who prefers a conservative, patient-centered approach to painmanagement and values a predictable weekday schedule.

Position Highlights:

* 100% outpatient,office-based practice
* No call, nights, or weekends
* Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM -5:00 PM

* Patient population primarilypersonal injury with some workers' compensation
* Collaborative,multidisciplinary team including neurology and rehabilitation services

Compensation & Benefits:

* Year 1 base salary: $300,000- $350,000+
* Year 2: Transition to a drawon a percentage of collections

Requirements:

* MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
* Board Certified or BoardEligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
* Completion of anACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty
* Active Florida medicallicense or eligibility for licensure
* Strong clinical judgment,communication, and teamwork skills
* Experience with personalinjury or workers' compensation cases preferred, but not required
