Position: Account Manager, Physician Relations
Based in the Greater Minneapolis, MN area, you will serve as the daily point of contact and relationship manager for our most important partners. You will lead outreach efforts across the Minneapolis, Minnesota market, develop your own book of business, and grow a physician referral network.
What You’ll Do
Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers
Identify and establish new physician partnerships
Expand physician networks and drive patient referrals
Provide strategic insights to internal teams to enhance sales and partnership efforts
Develop and implement effective account growth strategies
Lead meetings with physicians to ensure strong collaboration and satisfaction
Adhere to sales and pricing guidelines while maintaining ethical standards
Track and analyze sales activities to optimize performance and productivity
Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
What You’ll Bring
A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider sales or account management
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
A self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset with a high level of energy
Business acumen and proficiency with technology
Ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster long‑term partnerships
Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce
Nice to have:
Understanding of preventive healthcare and MRI technology
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field
