Licensed Architect

BEA Architects, an award-winning, internationally recognized firm that provides architectural, engineering, planning, and interior design services, is seeking an in-house Licensed Architect/Project Manager.
Must have strong project management skills, presentation and communication skills in public speaking
Generate and manage production of drawings, sketches, and renderings
Experience with integrating engineering elements into a unified coordinated design
Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture required
Professional license in Florida required
Minimum of 5 years experience providing and managing deliverables of architectural services
Working knowledge of Florida building codes and design standards as well as life safety NFPA codes.
Must be highly proficient in Revit, AutoCad Design Suite programs, Microsoft Excel & Word, Microsoft Project for project scheduling.
