Description
Support daily store operations and ensure accurate administrative, payroll, and compliance processes. This role is critical to the smooth operation of the store and serves as a key liaison between store leadership and Corporate teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced grocery retail environment, is highly organized, and can manage multiple administrative priorities with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store administrative and back‑office operations
Support payroll and timekeeping verification
Coordinate employee onboarding documentation and personnel files
Perform cash controls, reconciliations, and deposit documentation
Maintain accurate store records, reports, and compliance documentation
Communicate effectively with Corporate HR, Accounting, and Operations
Support audits, operational reviews, and process improvements
Assist store leadership with administrative and operational needs
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
3–5 years of administrative or operations experience (grocery or retail preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly required
Schedule
This is an
exempt position . The Operations Administrator is expected to work the hours necessary to meet the needs of the business. Schedules may vary based on operational requirements.
