Northmarq, a unique capital markets resource for commercial real estate investors, is seeking a Data Specialist at its Bloomington, MN headquarters.
Responsibilities
Research and interpret commercial real estate sale transactions and related data.
Enter and update findings into the proprietary database, maintaining consistent formatting.
Support users through the helpdesk and perform data cleansing projects.
Collaborate with team and technical teams to implement Salesforce data requirements.
Provide documentation and professional communication to users.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and beginner to intermediate Excel skills.
Strong independent research skills and internet navigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented, multitasking, and client-focused service orientation.
Prior experience in commercial real estate is preferred.
