We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and interview candidates for various positions.
Conduct reference checks for potential hires.
Extend employment offers to selected candidates.
Lead orientation sessions for new employees.
Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
Required Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor's degree in a related area of specialty may be required.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area is required.
Skills:
Knowledge of commonly-used recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $26.00 to $36.00 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
