Our model blends operational excellence, sustainability, and emerging technologies (including autonomous cleaning systems) to reduce costs, improve consistency, and elevate facility performance.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for a professional who can build relationships, navigate complex buying processes, and close long-term service agreements with facility leaders, property managers, and corporate stakeholders.
You will own the full sales cycle—from opportunity creation to contract execution—while building a portfolio of recurring revenue accounts with long-term residual income potential .
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy within DFW and surrounding markets
Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers (facility managers, property managers, operations leaders)
Lead on-site walkthroughs and translate operational needs into tailored service solutions
Build and present strategic proposals aligned with client goals (cost reduction, sustainability, efficiency)
Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate multi-year service agreements
Maintain disciplined pipeline management within CRM (Zoho or equivalent)
Partner with operations leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of B2B sales experience in facilities services, janitorial, construction, property management, or related industries
Proven ability to source, develop, and close new business
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Experience managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Highly self-motivated with a disciplined, entrepreneurial approach
Ability to operate independently in a field-based, relationship-driven role
We’re specifically interested in candidates with experience working with property management groups, facility operators, or large commercial accounts in DFW.
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience and existing relationships)
Uncapped Commission Structure: 8% of first-year revenue (self-generated business)
4% of first-year revenue (company-generated opportunities)
1% residual income on all retained accounts beyond Year 1
Designed to build a long-term, compounding income stream
Why This Role is Different
Opportunity to build a book of business with recurring revenue and residual income
Sell into industries with consistent, non-discretionary demand
Leverage innovative solutions, including automation and sustainability-driven cost savings
Direct access to leadership and the ability to influence growth strategy
Clear path toward senior sales leadership or strategic account management
Benefits
Flexible, performance-driven work environment
Optional medical, dental, and vision coverage
401(k) with 4% company match (full-time employees)
Who Thrives Here
Professionals who prefer relationship-building over transactional selling
Individuals motivated by long-term income growth vs. short-term wins
Salespeople who want to grow with a company and play a meaningful role in scaling it
