
PRN Rad Tech

Responsibilities
Carry out radiology requisitions and views.
Use radiographic technique, PACS, and assist other staff members as needed.
Operate all portable and C‑Arm equipment.
Memorize the views each physician requires on exams.
Assist patients in getting into positions required to obtain radiographs, occasionally lifting the patient.
Takes x‑rays following established procedures for patient care and safety.

Skills and Requirements
Experience: Six months experience as a radiologic technologist required.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Completion of coursework in radiologic technology approved by the ARRT.
Current ARRT certification & current TN licensure.
BLS certification.
Knowledge of radiographic technique.
Knowledge of PACS.
Orthopedic experience.
