
RadiantOne Engineer

The Virtual Directory Engineer will be primarily responsible for interacting with internal Wells Fargo customers. The selected candidate will work on an Agile team to implement and enhance virtual directory solutions - this includes caching or proxying data from identity silos.
Must Haves
Strong experience with RadiantOne FID Virtual Directory Technology (TOP SKILL)
Understanding of LDAP concepts and IAM
Experience with SQL Database (views/joins/lookups) and ETL concepts
Familiarity with virtual directory products like Radiant Logic VDS, Oracle Unified Directory, PING, PING Federate, or similar products
Experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent communication skills and customer interaction experience - this role will include helping intake customer requests
Investigative mindset - will work with internal customers to drive requirements and turn into scalable solutions
Day To Day
Responding to ongoing customer requests including responding to emails, Service Now Incidents, phone calls, instant messages, troubleshooting meetings, etc.
Supporting RadiantLogic VDS and Oracle Unified Directory
Participating in data center migration efforts
Monitoring alerts and responding accordingly
Updating and validating existing documentation
Plusses
Basic understanding of PBAC/RBAC/ABAC
