Job Responsibilities

Contributes to the completion of specific programs and projects
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Provides installation of and troubleshooting support for systems applications and related peripheral hardware
Deploys all new hardware, software, and the upgrade of existing installations
Prepares and maintains all documentation for processes and procedures related to computer systems and operations
Provides incident response and performs complex customer support tasks
May serve as a team or task lead
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
Education and Experience

AA/AS, 8+ years of experience
Travel - Up to 25%
Certifications for the Program

Security+ CE
PWS 9.1
Compensation and Schedule

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $37.40 - $50.60. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
