Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator, you will provide seamless support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors, ensuring their clients receive exceptional service and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service: Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.

Account Management: Handle account openings, transfers and other requests; process transactions and keep accurate records.

Administrative & Operational Support: Schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives and streamline processes.

Technology: Utilize MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other firm‑provided software.

Skills & Requirements

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Digital tool utilization and team collaboration.

Willingness to learn new technologies.

Compensation
Hiring Minimum: $21.38 per hour
Hiring Maximum: $23.14 per hour
Additional merit‑based increases and variable compensation available based on performance and firm profitability.
