$15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience
This position does not include housing accommodations. This position is eligible for CO Sick Pay.
Job Summary
The Stall Cleaner will be responsible for daily chores on the ranch. This position is required to maintain the cleanliness of the barns and pastures. This is NOT a riding position. More hours and duties can be made available to the right candidate
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily chores including: Cleaning stalls, Dumping, cleaning, and refilling all waters and stock tanks
Refilling shavings
Cleaning manure out of turnouts
Turning out horses
Maintain a clean barn
Assist with feeding horses and livestock as needed
Other duties as assigned
Education, Skill & Work Experience Requirements
Equine experience a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols
Must be willing to work weekends
Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and manual labor
Maintain a clean driving record
Majority of time spent in a ranch or farm setting with uneven ground, heavy equipment/machinery operation, and livestock
Holiday and weekend work will be required on occasion
