Lead Wound Ostomy RN PerDiem Day

Position Overview
The Coordinator, Wound Ostomy Continence Management serves as a clinical expert, consultant, and facilitator for the Providence Little Company of Mary Service Area in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care practices, policies, and educational activities related to selected disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems, such as complex draining wounds, ostomies, fistulae, dermal ulcers, tubes and incontinence. The Coordinator responds to patients and families with knowledge of age‑specific needs within the Division of Nursing and supports the mission, core values, and culture of patient‑focused, whole‑person care.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree within 1 year of hire.

Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.

Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.

1 year of acute hospital experience in a clinical specialty area.

Experience in nurse‑peer teaching and ability to communicate with all levels of staff.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree.

Coursework/Training and graduate preparation in adult education.

Upon hire: Board certification as WOC Nurse by the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nursing Certification Board (CWOCN).

Pay Range
$60.76 - $94.33 per hour; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
