Job Description / Responsibilities
As the HR Coordinator supporting our BBK location, you will provide HR support in areas of hiring and staffing, reporting, compliance, administering policies and programs, maintenance of employment records, onboarding, data collection and analysis, and accurate maintenance of the HRIS system.
Priorities
Develop an external talent pool, base, LFE interviewing tools readily available to all; hiring managers able to identify and attract top talent; alignment around hiring and staffing process with all parties committed to moving quickly to successfully close on hiring of top talent.
Continuous communication and reinforcement of company culture. Team member assessment of culture monitored on a regular basis via the Sazerac Culture Survey and limited use of Best Places to Work surveys. Tangible results in improvement of culture scores based on survey feedback.
An ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes. These efforts can seek “incremental” improvement over time or “breakthrough” improvement all at once. All are evaluated in the light of their efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility.
Qualifications / Requirements
MUST
Bachelor’s degree
2 years relevant experience
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self‑directed
Proven team building capabilities; strong cross‑functional teamwork, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED
Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
One or more of SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCM/PHR/SPHR certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting
In‑person job attendance required
Ability to work an 8‑hour shift and overtime if necessary
