Position Schedule
Full‑Time. This posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.

Responsibilities

Provide HR service to associates, candidates, and third‑party vendors in the U.S. and Canada.

Answer general HR questions and inquiries, including complex scenarios requiring guidance or consultation.

Offer training to new associates on the HR HELP Team.

Respond to phone and written fundamental HR questions using ServiceNow, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Serve as first‑level support for benefits, compensation, performance and conduct management, hiring procedures, policy interpretation, promotion, separation, and transfer processes.

Collaborate with cross‑functional HR teams to escalated inquiries or direct associates to the appropriate team.

Maintain core service level metrics, quality tied to accuracy, completeness, and employee experience.

Analyze themes, trends, and opportunities as a subject‑matter expert to improve associate experience.

Facilitate training for new and existing associates in your area of expertise.

Use de‑escalation techniques and support associates dealing with work‑related or personal crisis situations.

Span of Control and Influence

Collaborate in stakeholder meetings and projects to influence decisions that impact associate experience.

Exercise moderate autonomy in completing projects, guided by the Team Leader.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $63,200–$104,200.

Hiring Minimum
$63,200.

Hiring Maximum
$104,200.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in a human‑resource related field, including strong organizational, judgment and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to de‑escalate callers using customer service techniques and clear explanations.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, service‑focused environment.

What Could Set You Apart

PHR or SPHR certification.

Experience as an HR Generalist with customer‑service background.

Residential proximity to the Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO office locations for the required hybrid work schedule.

Location and Work Arrangement
This role is posted as hybrid. If selected, you may retain home‑based status, but on‑site work may be required as business or regulatory needs arise.
