Overview
As the HR Business Partner for the US division at HITEC Power Protection, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will partner with management to develop and implement effective HR policies and initiatives tailored to the unique needs of our US operations.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Act as a resource for employees, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce effectiveness.
Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws; drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development
In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with employees at all levels
Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in HRIS systems and reporting tools
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset
