Overview Surgical Services Account Manager job at The Staff Pad. New York, NY.
The Staff Pad has partnered with a client in the Sterile Processing and Surgical Services space who is seeking a dynamic Surgical Services Account Manager.
Location – NYC (hospital accounts TBD)
Pay Range - $70-90,000 annually DOE
Eligible for up to 15% annual bonus
Description - Serves as the region leader of multiple hospital locations. They utilize an array of knowledge, technical skills, and critical thinking abilities to facilitate surgical service business. They assist the Executive Operations team members with regional growth, talent development, recruiting, engagement and overall performance of Surgical Solutions within the assigned region.
Qualifications 3-5 years of OR and/or SPD experience
Supervisor experience required
College degree preferred
CRCST certified; additional HSPA certifications a plus
Ability to travel local to assigned hospital accounts – 75%
