
Branch Administrator

Job Purpose
Manage the branch's daily general functions such as vehicles, petty cash, billing, etc. Assist the Branch Manager with payroll, employee files, benefit enrollments, new hire paperwork. Responsible for ordering parts, meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department, as well as accurate inventory accounting. Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Strong background in basic accounting
Previous experience with construction parts/equipment, an asset
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills
2-3 years experience in related field focused on AP/Invoice processing
Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract

Pay Range
$23 - $26 per hour
