Responsible for the care of rehabilitation patients with speech and language disorders, swallowing disorders, hearing disorders and/or cognitive disorders.

Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

Licenses and Certification: Illinois license Speech Language Pathology or eligible, BLS

Experience and Skills: Technical Experience: N/A

1. Performs thorough evaluation
2. Develops and implements appropriate Plan of Care
3. Documentation is accurate, complete and timely
4. Provides supervision to assistants, rehab techs, and students
