We’re seeking a driven, experienced Direct Hire Recruiter to join our Greenwood team. We specialize in career placements (no temp jobs) with top companies across southern and central Indiana.
In this role, you will source, attract, and place high-quality candidates while building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers.
We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions—first‑year recruiters typically earn $75,000–$95,000, with second‑year earnings averaging $95,000–$110,000 by meeting minimum goals (base plus commission).

Requirements
2+ years of staffing, employment, or recruiting experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong work history with verifiable references
Professional, positive, and polished communication skills
Organized, task-oriented, and team-focused
Must be local to the Greenwood area
