We are looking for a high-impact Technical Recruiter to partner closely with our Engineering, Product, and AI teams. This person will play a critical role in building world-class technical teams by identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional talent.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and brings creativity and intensity to sourcing and hiring. You will operate as a true partner to hiring managers and leaders, helping shape hiring strategies while executing at a high level.

What You’ll Do

Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and AI leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake through close

Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates across a variety of channels

Build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, especially in AI/ML, distributed systems, and product engineering

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through offer

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, calibration, and interview processes

Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in recruiting processes

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and strong hiring outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience (4-8 years) recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, Product, AI/ML)

Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates

Ability to operate with urgency, ownership, and a high bar for talent

Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to build credibility and trust with engineers and technical leaders

Highly collaborative, with a team-first mindset

Nice to Have

Experience recruiting in early-stage or high-growth startups

Familiarity with AI/ML talent landscapes

Experience hiring for deeply technical roles (e.g., distributed systems, infrastructure, or applied AI)
