Responsibilities

Start up the equipment following approved procedure. Monitor quality of product to ensure quality of production. Performs adjustments as established in the approved procedure.

Performs machine work following approved procedures and in accordance with QSR, ISO 9002, ISO 14000 and safety regulations. Records required information in the Batch Record in a neat and orderly manner.

Ensures that environmental conditions are met for products susceptible to humidity, in accordance with requirements of batch Production Record.

Notifies Manufacturing Facilitator or Shift Leader of any deviations from normal operations. Assists in trouble‑shooting and in performing corrective action for equipment malfunction or breakdown.

Recognizes and brings to the attention of Manufacturing Facilitator or Shift Leader defective raw materials that may cause product failure. Inspect cans for proper count of cards and correct code.

Ensure that in‑process rejects are stored in adequate, properly identified containers. Assists Shift Leader in balancing materials used in each production batch.

Follows and ensures housekeeping regulations are followed in accordance to procedure and notify any deviation.

Maintain own production area in a clean orderly manner.

Active participation in Lean Activities.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Primary Work Location: USA PR Cayey - Vicks Drive. Work Shift: PR 530am-200pm M-F (United States of America).
