What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
Complete daily rounds to identify and address maintenance needs
Respond to and prioritize work orders using the TELS system
Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance
Maintain equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems
Monitor key systems (lighting, HVAC, generators, alarms, etc.)
Prepare resident rooms for admissions and discharges
Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, Life Safety, etc.)
Keep accurate maintenance logs and documentation
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of maintenance experience (healthcare or long-term care preferred)
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
