Pay & Shift
Pay: $18.75 per hour, plus $2.50 shift differential.
Shift: Monday‑Friday, 3:00 pm‑11:00 pm, with overtime required, including Saturday and Sunday.
Location
700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168.
Job Type
Temp‑to‑hire: eligible for full‑time status after a successful 90‑day probationary review.
Safety Requirement
Valid forklift certification is required; proof of certification must be provided during the interview process.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a Cherry Picker (OP) and stand‑up forklift.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse inventory.
Perform case pick and full pallet pick duties as instructed.
Follow all safety guidelines, including safe lifting and handling procedures.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience – required.
Minimum 6 months of forklift experience and proof of certification – required.
Ability to work at heights of 20+ feet – required.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Ability to follow all safety guidelines – required.
