Requires a high school diploma and 0–3 years of experience in the field or a related area. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment and usually report to a supervisor or manager.

Position Summary
Plans, orders, delivers, and organizes materials to support departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, order, deliver, and organize materials to supporting departments from stockrooms and other manufacturing departments to optimize utilization of equipment and labor efficiency.
Work with supervisors to improve material flow, organization, and accuracy.
Ensure replenishment levels for KanBan items are properly set and maintained to support production needs.
Operate power lift trucks in a safe manner, moving a variety of materials and products throughout the plant.
Box, band, or secure loads for movement.
Ensure that manufactured components are properly reported prior to moving to another department.
Perform daily checks of lift truck to ensure all systems are functional and safety devices are in place.
Exercise good housekeeping in work area.
Observe good safety practices while performing the job.
Perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader.
Necessary Skills
Extensive product knowledge including full understanding of bills of materials.
History of working safely.
Demonstrated success in working in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to plan and work without direct supervision.
