Responsibilities

Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.

Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.

Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management.

Conduct advanced routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.

Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.

Inspect property and address maintenance concerns proactively.

Provide coverage for emergency maintenance on call.

Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in general maintenance or related field.

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.

Affordable housing experience is a plus.

Must be able to cover emergency on-call duties.

Anticipated salary range

$26.00-$28.00 /hr

Annual performance bonus

This position is non-exempt, eligible for overtime pay.

This range is a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, location, and responsibilities. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Final compensation offers will be determined after a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.
