About The Role
As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large‑sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and involves support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and make repairs.

Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

Assign work orders and estimate time and materials required.

Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.

Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Demonstrate knowledge of standard principles and apply them.

Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.

Impact quality of own work.

Follow standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Communicate clearly, ask questions, and confirm understanding.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2–3 years of job‑related experience (or equivalent education/experience).

Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift or carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments.

In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Organizational skills and a strong inquisitive mindset.
