Intake Coordinator

SNI Companies is partnering with a growing multi-specialty healthcare organization with multiple practices across Florida, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Patient Access Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands back-office healthcare operations and enjoys working in a task-oriented, structured environment. You will be electronically processing referrals and ensuring patients get connected to care efficiently.
Responsibilities

Process referrals daily via fax, email, and EMR systems
Upload and maintain accurate patient data
Run MECA eligibility checks and verify insurance coverage
Accept and onboard new patients per established protocols
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any intake discrepancies
Qualifications

At least 2 years of front-office healthcare experience (doctor's office, clinic, or hospital)
Familiar with EMR/EHR systems and insurance verification processes
Detail-oriented and accurate under a steady daily volume
Dependable, punctual, and takes ownership of your work
