General Description
The Benefits & HRIS Supervisor oversees the daily administration and operation of employee benefits and HRIS processes within ADP, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and regulatory compliance. In partnership with the Total Rewards Manager and HR Leaders, this role supports the execution of the company’s benefit strategies and initiatives.

Essential Functions
Supervise and guide the Total Rewards Technician and HRIS Technician to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of benefits and HRIS operations.
Administer and oversee employee benefit programs within ADP, including plan configuration, eligibility, enrollments, qualifying life events, and benefit deductions.
Oversee HRIS operations to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, workflow configuration, and alignment with organizational processes.
Collaborate with the Total Rewards Manager and HR Leaders to support the execution of benefit strategies, plan changes, and Total Rewards initiatives.
Partner with the Employee Services Team to support effective cascading of benefits information, system updates, and consistent employee communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies, benefit plan documents, vendor requirements, and applicable local and federal regulations through documented controls and audits.
Monitor HRIS and benefits data integrity through reporting, reconciliations, and analysis to support decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate process improvements, system enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives with Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to optimize HRIS and benefits administration.
Supervises, monitors, trains, evaluates, and corrects personnel among others to comply with his/her role as a supervisor, to assure that his/her personnel fulfill their work plan and comply with their essential functions and that they behave according to the policies, standards, norms, and procedures of the Company.
Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field required. Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in ADP, benefits administration, or HRIS operations required, including at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Certifications / Licenses: None.
