Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a full-time, on-site role at our Franklin, TN location. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, managing accounts receivable and payable, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. Additional tasks may include processing payroll, preparing tax documentation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications

Proficiency in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and preparing monthly and annual financial statements
Strong skills in accounts receivable and accounts payable management
Experience with reconciliations, payroll processing, and tax compliance
Familiarity with accounting software Innflow or Quickbooks.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
Ability to work on-site at the Franklin, TN office
